Penza, 23 August 2011. PenzaNews. The senior court enforcement officer of the Penza city department of court enforcement officers of the department of the Federal Service of Court Bailiffs of Russia in the Penza region Alexander Fomichyov made the decision about imposing penalty at a rate of 500 rubles on the employee of the department of post office.

The main expert-expert in interaction with mass-media of the department of the Federal Service of Court Bailiffs of the Russian Federation in the Penza region Ksenia Pivovarova: "During investigations of the materials which came from district court, it was established that on July, 12th, 2011 the operator of the post office got a letter with mark "return receipt requested", sent by Leninsky district court. The given letter returned to the court with infringement of terms of return of judicial notices with a mark "The addressee refused to take".

She explained that the court enforcement officer, having studied all circumstances, came to the conclusion that actions of the employee of post office had the administrative offense according to the item 13.26 of Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation "Infringement of terms and an order of delivery of judicial notices to the addressee".
