Head of the chain store "Magnet" in Penza got penalty of 20 thousand rubles

Penza, 24 August 2011. PenzaNews. The director of branch of CJSC "Tander" owning the chain store "Magnet" in the Penza region got penalty for infringement of requirements of the Federal law "About corruption counteraction".

Tatyana Ostrovskay the senior assistant of the public prosecutor of the Penza region said: "It was established that the citizen, earlier holding a post of the judicial police officer-executor was hired in the department of economic safety of the branch of CJSC "Tander" as deputy director of economic safety. Thus the director of branch didn't follow the procedure of the former employer of the civil servant".

According to her, the Office of Public Prosecutor of the region issued decree to initiate a case concerning the director of branch of CJSC "Tander" according to the item 19.29 of Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation.

She said: "This article establishes responsibility for illegal attraction to labor activity of the civil servant. The decree was sent on consideration to the world judge who decided to impose the administrative penalty of 20 thousand roubles".
