Penza, 25 August 2011. PenzaNews. Officers of territorial divisions of investigatory committee sent to the court the criminal case concerning 35-year-old resident of Kamenka of the Penza region suspected of murder of the father-invalid.

According to the vice senior assistant of the head Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation in the Penza region Maria Orlova, the arrested person confessed.

She said: "At 21 o'clock on May, 25th the accused person came home where his father-invalid also lived and practically couldn't walk without help. Being in alcohol intoxication, the man began to express his displeasure with his father’s state of health and that he was tired to take care of him. There was a quarrel between them and the accused person beat and kicked his father-invalid so that he died".

According to her, considering the proofs collected by investigating offices the malefactor was accused for infliction harm which caused the death of the victim.

Maria Orlova said: "He will get punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term up to 15 years with restraint of freedom for the term up to two years".
