From the beginning of the year Penza police officers collected 207.4 million rubles in favor of banks

Penza, 26 August 2011. PenzaNews. 207.4 million rubles were returned to banks as a result of actions of the Penza court enforcement officers during seven months of 2011. There were 14.4 thousand executions about collecting money from natural persons, legal bodies and individual businessmen in favor of credit institutions for a total sum of 1.9 billion rubles.

The main expert of interaction with mass-media of the department of the Federal Service of Court Bailiffs of the Russian Federation in the Penza region Ksenia Pivovarova said: "One of the most popular measures of making debtor pay debts is arrest of movables and real estate, subjects of household and office equipment and bank accounts of debtors".

An example is the resident of Penza who took the credit of 150 thousand rubles and wasn't able to make regular payments.

Ksenia Pivovarova said: "The court enforcement officer initiated the case and arrest  the washing machine, the TV and the computer belonging to the debtor. If she doesn't pay the debts during 10 days all equipment will be sold".
