Penza, 26 August 2011. PenzaNews. Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation in the Penza region initiated the case concerning LLC "Management company" Zhile-17-1" and LLC "General management company" of Penza due to infringements of part 1 of the article 10 of the Law "About protection of competition" and found its actions infringing the interests of tenants.

Olga Atjukova, the head of antimonopoly management said: "Since April, 1st, 2011 LLC "Management company "Zhile-17-1"  stopped to render a service to the tenants of the apartment house №6 in the street Maliy Proezd Sverdlova and the house was excluded from contracts of suppliers of housing services and municipal resources".

According to her, the proprietors of the premises of this house didn't make the decision to cancel the contract of management of the apartment house.

Olga Atjukova said: "Thus, the actions of LLC "Management Company "Zhile-17-1" and LLC "General Management Company" concerning the unreasonable termination of rendering management services to the apartment house infringed the interests of its tenants".
