Penza, 31 August 2011. PenzaNews. The resident of Penza who made 8 antisocial and obscene inscriptions and drawings on the walls and glasses of the many-storied house in the street Novokazanskaya in December, 2010 was condemned in accordance with part 1 item 214 of the criminal code of Russian Federation "Vandalism".

Tatyana Ostrovskaya the senior assistant of the public prosecutor of the Penza region said: 

"The young man expressed his disrespect of the society, public order and standard cultural values".

She said that, taking into account his admission of guilt and repentance, the court appointed punishment in the form of the penalty of 2.5 thousand rubles.
