Penza, 6 September 2011. PenzaNews. Pachelmsky district court of the Penza region recognized the guilty of the director of "Zhilyo" LLC Marina Gorlanova who appropriated 63000 rubles in September, 2010. This money was taken from the residents of the settlement for major repairs of apartment houses.

Tatyana Ostrovskaya the senior assistant to the public prosecutor of the Penza region said: "Instead of transferring money to the organization-contractor which should begin major repairs, Marina Gorlanova stole money and used them as she wanted. To hide the crime committed she gave the copy of the payment order that money had been transferred to the account of the contractor".

According to her, the court took into consideration the opinion of the state accuser and considered that the defendant indemnified the loss completely.

Tatyana Ostrovsky said: "Marina Gorlanov got punishment of 2.5 years of conditional imprisonment with a trial period of 2 years and the penalty of 4 thousand rubles".
