Penza, 15 September 2011. PenzaNews. Penza department of Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia decided to imposing penalty at a rate of 100 thousand rubles on alcoholic beverage factory "Agat" LLC located in Gorodishche of the Penza region for unfair competition conducting in the market of realization of alcoholic production of 40% alcohol contain.

Olga Atjukova, the head of the department said: "In June, 2011 the commission of Penza department of Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia recognized that alcoholic beverage factory "Agate" LLC  broke item 14 of part 1 of the Federal law "About competition protection" as the enterprise carried out manufacture and realization of production of vodka "Reglament" and "Paritet" with a label very similar to trade mark of "Parliament Distribution" LLС.

She noticed that such similarity gives alcoholic beverage factory "Agat" LLC opportunity to get unreasonable competitive advantages and cause losses for "Parliament Distribution" LLC, which manufacture and realize alcoholic production.
