Penza, 16 September 2011. PenzaNews. Advisory council session on legislation in advertizing will take place in Penza Office of Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia on Monday, September, 19th. During the session its members will discuss correctness of advertizing of sunburn club "Solaris".

Olga Atjukova, the head of the department of Penza Office of Federal Antimonopoly Service said: "Councilors should estimate the advertisement of sunburn club "Solaris" — "Sunburn rules the World. And do you sunbathe?" which contains a picture of man who has likeness with the US president".
