Two residents of the Penza region stole a car and handed it over as scrap metal

Penza, 20 September 2011. PenzaNews. Two residents of the Penza region who are 21 and 23 years old were arrested on suspicion in stealing car "VAZ-21063" which belonged to the resident of village Kondol.

The representative of the press-service of the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Penza region said: "This incident happened at night on September, 14th. The car without state numbers was not equipped by the alarm system and didn't have insurance".

He added that the young men handed over the stolen motor vehicle to the scrap metal center in the village Kondol.
