A group of automobile thieves from Georgia was arrested in Penza

Penza, 22 September 2011. PenzaNews. 53 and 70 year-old residents of Georgian town Zauzidi were arrested by the police officers of Penza on suspicion of cars thefts.
The deputy chief of the department of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Penza region the colonel of justice Nikolay Levshun said: "The malefactors chose the mist expensive car near shop centers, pierced a wheel of the car by a sharp tube. While the owner of the car changed a wheel, the criminals got into car salon, stole valuable things and disappeared".
According to him, it's determined that the residents of Georgia committed at least four crimes.
Nikolay Levshun said: "The suspects are under arrest in a pre-trial detention center".
The investigatory branch of investigatory department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Penza region initiated a criminal case according to part 2 item 158 of the criminal code of Russian Federation "Theft made by a group of persons on preliminary arrangement" which provides 5 years imprisonment within.
