Penza, 29 September 2011. PenzaNews. The resident of Penza was arrested for 15 days for infringement of the rules established in court: he came there in a state of alcoholic intoxication tried to go to the world judge of Zheleznodorozhny district, didn’t pay attention to the remarks of court enforcement officers and behaved aggressively and used obscene language.

According to the main expert of interaction with mass-media of the department of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Russian Federation in Penza region Ksenia Pivovarova, this offense was stopped by the court enforcement officer and the administrative report was made concerning the citizen.

He said: “Considering repeated cases of such behavior the court brought the man to administrative responsibility for the given offense in the form of administrative arrest for 15 days”.
