Penza, 3 October 2011. PenzaNews. Gorodishchensky regional department of court enforcement officers of Russia in the Penza region initiated the criminal case for malicious delinquency in payment of alimony.

Ksenia Pivovarova, the main expert of interaction with mass-media of the department of Federal Agency of court enforcement officers of the Russian Federation in the Penza region said: "The citizen obliged to pay the alimony at the rate of 25% of earnings, but the debtor deviated from payments. Thus he had already been brought to responsibility for not paying alimony. The debtor continued to work without an agreement and did not pay money for his child".

He explained that the man did not inform the judicial police officer-executor about his job, didn't pay attention to the notification, so the alimony debts became 448 thousand rubles.

She said: "The criminal code of the Russian Federation provides punishment for such debtors in the form of 120-180 hours obligatory work, or one year corrective work or 3 months arrest".

Gorodishchensky regional department of court enforcement officers of Russia in the Penza region condemned 30 debtors for not paying alimony to their own children.
