New details of the road accident in Penza: tranquilizer was found in blood of the driver of "LADA Priora"

Penza, 3 October 2011. PenzaNews. Signs of strong tranquilizer were found in blood of the driver of the car "LADA Priora" which ran into the line taxi in Pobeda Prospekt on September, 14th, 2011. The woman and the child were lost. The deputy chief of specialized investigatory department on investigation of road accident of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation across the Penza region Vladimir Harkov announced the first results of judicial-chemical examination.

In the interview to the "Russian newspaper" the representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said: "We can't tell whether it was a narcotic or a strong medicine. This question will be answered after the following narcological examination".
According to the newspaper, the officers have already had the data that the young man who drived the car "LADA Priora", had treatment for drug dependence earlier and had a previous conviction for illegal storage of drugs.
The news agency informed earlier that two persons were lost, including a child, and five people got injuries as the result of road accident with passengers of automobile "GAZ". An accident took place near the shop "Buratino" in Pobeda Prospect in Penza in the evening on Wednesday, September, 14th. According to the senior state car inspector of the department of traffic police on the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Penza region Vitaly Ivanov, the motor vehicle going in passing direction "LADA Priora" ran into the line taxi moved from microdistrict Arbekovo towards the center of the city and minibus ran into a column and inflamed.
One of the reasons of ignition of "GAZ" is fuel ignition: gas and petrol. Presumably, two victims sat near the back doors of minibus where the bottom gas bags are installed.
The criminal case was initiated according to the part 5 article 264 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation "Infringement of traffic regulations and operation of vehicles".
Now the driver of the car "LADA Priora" is in reanimation and his condition is very bad.
