Penza, 6 October 2011. PenzaNews. The judicial police officer-executor of Zheleznodorozhny regional department of court enforcement officers of Russia in the Penza region arrested two-storied house with the ground area for the debt and offered for sale to the territorial administration Federal Agency for State Property Management.

According to Ksenia Pivovarova, the main expert of interaction with mass-media of the management of Federal Agency of court enforcement officers of the Russian Federation in the Penza region, in 2008 the resident of Penza took 8.5 million rubles credit in bank on the security of the house, but could not pay the payments.

She said: "In 2010 the bank and the citizen signed a new agreement of repayment according to the new schedule of payments. However this agreement was not carried out by the debtor and the bank addressed to the court".

According to her, as a part of court enforcement proceedings of compulsory collecting 9 million rubles debts to the bank Leninsky district court arrested the property of the debtor and offered it for sale.

Ksenia Pivovarova said: "The cost of the property is 12.3 million roubles, namely two-storeyed house and the ground area. The auctions will be held on October, 19th".
