Penza, 7 October 2011. PenzaNews. The driver's license of the resident of Penza who worked as the driver of the trolley bus was revoked after the check carried by the Office of Public Prosecutor. It was established that the woman was registered in the regional addictology hospital with the diagnosis: "chronic alcoholism, an average stage".

Tatyana Ostrovskaya the senior assistant of the public prosecutor of the Penza region said: "For a long time she drove a trolley bus of one of the most popular routes of the city that was a real threat for road and transport incidents. That's why the public prosecutor of Leninsky area of Penza sent a claim to the court to revoke the driver's license category "B" and "Trolley bus".

She said that now there is one more claim in Leninsky district court about driver's license of the other resident of Penza who is registered in medical institution with the diagnosis drug addiction.

She said: "In total in 2010 and 2011 the Office of Public Prosecutor of the region sent to the court more than 200 claims about cancellation of driving license of the citizens, suffering from drug addiction, glue sniffing and alcoholism".
