The senior assistant of the head of the branch of the Investigation Committee the Russian Federation in the Penza region on interaction with mass-media Maria Orlova said: "The Investigation Committee initiated the criminal case immediately according to part 1 item 105 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation "Murder".

According to her, investigation and operational search actions are held to find the murder and other people involved in this crime.

She said: "The circumstances of an event and the cause of death of the minor are established".
