Penza, 26 October 2011. PenzaNews. Law enforcement officers search for an unknown person who brought down 58-year-old pedestrian in the settlement Pachelma of the Penza region on Tuesday, October, 25th. The victim got traumas and died on the site.

The inspector of traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Penza region Pavel Boltyshev said: “According to preliminary data, the victim did not work and drank too much alcohol”.

Whether there was a victim in a pedestrian crossing operative range, is not specified.
