Penza, 26 October 2011. PenzaNews. 16 criminal cases on tax crimes were initiated by the officers of investigatory department of Investigatory committee of the Russian Federation in the Penza region for 9 months of 2011. 5 cases are connected with evasion from payment of taxes of a physical person, 6 cases were initiated because of evasion from payment of taxes of enterprises.

According to the deputy senior assistant administrator of investigatory department of Investigatory committee the Russian Federation in the Penza region on communications with mass-media Maria Orlova, the total sum of damage is 200 million roubles.

She said: “Most infringements are connected with illegal compensation and unreasonable deductions of the sums of VAT”.

She noticed that the organized group of the heads of commercial enterprises engaged in cashing in money resources and illegal compensation of VAT was revealed in region.

Maria Orlova said: “They stole 50 million rubles of budgetary money resources”.
