Penza, 28 October 2011. PenzaNews. The drug-house organized in apartment of one of many-storeyed houses of microdistrict Arbekovo in Penza was liquidated by the employees of police division №3 of municipal Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

According to the senior officer of police division №3 Alexander Fedyashchin, there traces of Desomorphine were found out in the apartment.

He said: “The owner of the apartment had been brought to criminal responsibility before for the similar crime according to article 228 of the criminal code of Russian Federation. When he released from the prison he organized a drug-house in the apartment again”.

Alexander Fedyashchin said that there were 7 young men in narcotic intoxication when the police came.

Alexander Fedyashchin said: “The criminal case according to article 232 of the criminal code of Russian Federation “Organization or keeping narcotics or psychotropic substances” and item 228 of the criminal code of Russian Federation “Illegal acquisition, storage, transportation, manufacturing, processing of narcotics, psychotropic substances or their analogs” was initiated”.
