Penza, 31 October 2011. PenzaNews. The resident of the Penza region was arrested for three days for non-payment of penalty in time.

Ksenia Pivovarova, the main expert of interaction with mass-media of the department said: “The world judge of judicial site №2 of Zemetchinsky area appointed 300 rubles penalty for being in alcohol intoxication in public places. She didn’t pay the penalty, therefore the court enforcement officer made an administrative report”.

She noted that the court, considering that the woman was brought to administrative responsibility for being in public places in the state of alcohol intoxication for many times, appointed her punishment in the form of administrative arrest for three days.
