Penza, 31 October 2011. PenzaNews. Zemetchinsky district court of the Penza region condemned 19-year-old local resident who made violent acts of sexual character concerning the person under 14 age.

Tatyana Ostrovskaya, the senior assistant of the public prosecutor of the Penza region said: “It was established that on June, 23rd, 2011, being in an alcohol intoxication, the condemned came to the acquaintance and saw her 7-year-old son. Wishing to satisfy the arisen sexual inclination, the young man, using a helpless condition of the boy fulfilled violent sexual acts”.

She informed that the court gave 12 years of imprisonment with punishment serving in a corrective colony of high security.

She said: “The sentence hasn’t come into force yet”.
