Penza, 1 November 2011. PenzaNews. Two townsmen of Penza were arrested for attempts to give a bribe to the employees of traffic police for administrative reports for infringement of the traffic regulations on Monday, October, 31st.

The press-service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Penza region said: “One of the drivers offered 1 thousand rubles illegal compensation to the law enforcement officer, the second one offered 2 thousand rubles”.
