Two Penza students were arrested for dances on the roofs of the cars

Penza, 2 November 2011. PenzaNews. Two 19-year-old students of one of Penza institutions were arrested at 3 o'clock in the morning on Wednesday, November, 2nd.

According to the inspector of the press-service of the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Penza region Lubov Pashkova, the girls who were in alcohol intoxication were listening to music of the cellular phone and danced on roofs of cars "Renault Logan" and “Chevrolet Lanos”.

She said: “Arrested persons were delivered to the department of police for further trial. Now the investigation is carried out”.
