Penza, 9 November 2011. PenzaNews. Two children were injured in the road accidents on the territory of the Penza region on Tuesday, November, 8th. The press-service of traffic police of the Russian Federation in the Penza region said: “In Nizhnelomovsky area the female-driver of car “SsangYong” didn’t manage to drive, has left on a strip of oncoming traffic and has faced about “VAZ-2112”. As a result of road accident the woman was hospitalized with the brain concussion and one-year-old girl who was in the car is also in the hospital with an injured thorax. The driver and the passenger of VAZ-2112 were also hospitalized”.

The second road accident happened in Spassk where three-year boy was injured.

The press-service said: “Female driver of “Toyota” ran into a car “VAZ-2109” therefore the child who was in a foreign car was hospitalized with an injured of soft tissue of the head”.

In total one pedestrian died and 11 persons were injured in road accidents in the Penza region lately.

The department of the traffic police of the Russian Federation in the Penza region asks the drivers to be attentive on the roads because of the changed weather conditions.
