Penza, 14 November 2011. PenzaNews. The 21-year-old resident of Penza was accused of dissolute actions concerning the 9-year-old girl in a lift cabin. According to the investigation, in the evening on October, 4th the young man pursued the schoolgirl from school to the house come the lift with her and made dissolute actions therefore the victim had a strong fright and hysterics.

The deputy senior assistant of the head of the department of interaction with mass-media of Investigation Committee of the Russian Federation in the Penza region Maria Orlova said: “Mother of the girl meeting the daughter at the lift gave the alarm. The malefactor tried to disappear, however he was arrested by the employees of patrol and inspection service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Penza region”.

She noticed that the senior inspector of investigatory department of Octyabrsky district of Penza was initiated the criminal case.

She said: “Now the man is accused of dissolute actions concerning the person under twelve age according to part 3 item 135 of the criminal code of Russian Federation”.

He is imprisoned now. The investigations concerning this criminal case are carried out now.

Maria Orlova said: “The sanction of part 3 item 135 of the criminal code of Russian Federation provides a criminal liability in the form of imprisonment for the term from 5 till 12 years”.
