Penza, 16 November 2011. PenzaNews. 2 207 decisions about a temporary restriction of going abroad for were made by the department of Federal Agency of court enforcement officers in the Penza region for 10 months of 2011.

Ksenia Pivovarova, the main specialist of interaction with mass-media said: “528 citizens having debts on alimony weren’t allowed to go abroad”.

According to her, the judicial police officer-executor can limit trips abroad temporary, for 6 months if the citizen-debtor paid the debts without any excuse.

She said: “It is necessary to pay the debts in time and also check the debts before buying the tickets if you don’t want your trip to fail. You should go to the in territorial department of court enforcement officers to with identification document”.
