Penza, 16 November 2011. PenzaNews. Criminal case upon the death of the baby was initiated by the investigatory department of the Investigatory committee of Russia in the Penza region.

The deputy senior assistant administrator of interaction with mass-media of the department of the Investigatory committee of the Russian Federation in the Penza region Maria Orlova said: “In the morning on November, 10th mother and 3-month old boy came to pediatric branch of children's polyclinic №6 “City children's polyclinic”. Doctors rendered emergency medical aid to the baby, however it was not possible to rescue him”.

She said that, agrees to the data of bureau of a forensic medical examination, the death of the child has come out closing of a gleam of respiratory ways by gastric contents.

She said: “On November, 15th, 2011 the investigatory department of Oktyabrsky district of Penza investigatory department of Investigatory committee of the Russian Federation in the Penza region initiated the criminal case according to part 1 item 109 of the criminal code of Russian Federation “Death Causing on Imprudence”.

Maria Orlova added that circumstances of the event are determined now. Investigation proceeds now.
