Penza, 17 November 2011. PenzaNews. Investigatory department of Investigatory committee of Russia in the Penza region initiated the criminal case upon the death of 2-year-old child in Kamenka.

Deputy senior assistant of administrator of interaction with mass-media of the department of investigatory committee of the Russian Federation in the Penza region Maria Orlova said: “On November, 16th, 2011 in the afternoon two-year boy was brought to reanimation of “Kamenskaya central regional hospital. Doctors rendered first medical aid to the child, however, it was not possible to rescue him. The child died because of craniocereberal trauma”.

According to preliminary data, the child received the given physical injuries in a kindergarten №13 of Kamenka of the Penza region. The piano which stood in the class room fell down during the PE lesson while the children were jumping.

She said: “Kamensky investigatory department of the Investigatory committee of the Russian Federation in the Penza region initiated the criminal case according to part 2 article 109 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation “Causing of death on imprudence owing to inadequate execution by the person of the professional duties”.
