Penza, 21 November 2011. PenzaNews. Two residents of Bekovsky area of the Penza region are condemned for group forcible rape of the local resident in the evening on January, 26th, 2011.

Tatyana Ostrovskaya, the senior assistant of the public prosecutor of the Penza region said: “According to court materials, young men, being in an alcohol intoxication, in an apartment house belonging to their acquaintance, using violence, not threatening life and health and also using her helpless condition caused by alcoholic intoxication raped the girl”.

She said that crime defendants didn't recognize the fault flatly, however the fault was proved with the help of judicial-technical expert examination.

She said: “According to the results of examination some video files with violent actions with the victim which had been deleted were found in the mobile phone of the owner of the house”.

According to Tatyana Ostrovskaya, young men got punishment in the form of 4 years of imprisonment in a corrective penal colony of standard regime. Besides, they should pay 80 thousand rubles for moral harm and 12.4 thousand rubles as compensation of court costs.

The senior assistant of the public prosecutor said: “The sentence hasn't come into force, as it was appealed against by condemned in a cassation order”.
