Penza, 6 December 2011. PenzaNews. The residents of Penza returned 3.6 million rubles of debts to the commercial organization when court enforcement officers arrested his car “BMW X5”.

The main expert of interaction with mass-media of the department of Court Enforcement Officers of the Russian Federation in across the Penza region Ksenia Pivovarova said: “In ten-day term established by the law the citizen paid the debt, therefore the arrested car was withdrawn and transferred to the specialized organization for tendering. After that the man was in department of court enforcement officers and paid cash all sum of debts”.

She added that, the cost of the withdrawn motor vehicle was 1 947 thousand rubles.
