Penza, 8 December 2011. PenzaNews. Kolyshleysky district court of the Penza region condemned the former judicial police officer-executor for plunder of another's property entrusted to it.

The main expert of interaction with mass-media of the department of Federal Bailiffs Service of the Russian Federation in the Penza region Ksenia Pivovarova said: “The accused person appropriated money resources received from debtors and made changes in the receipt books. As the result of her criminal activity the Federal Bailiffs Service of Russia in the Penza region lost more than 370 thousand rubles”.

She was condemned according to part 3 article 160 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation “Assignment or waste” and got punishment in the form of imprisonment for a period of 2 years conditionally with a trial period of 2 years.
