Penza, 14 December 2011. PenzaNews. The Kuznetsk world court fined LLC “Sputnik” according to part 1 article 14.1.1 of the Code about administrative offenses of the Russian Federation. It got 700 thousand rubles penalty for illegal organization of gamblings.

Tatyana Ostrovskaya, the senior assistant of the public prosecutor of the Penza region said: “The court established that of LLC “Companion” registered in Moscow had a division in Kuznetsk. It took place in the leisure center “Lux” where the stimulating lottery “Your chance” was held. During the inspection the employees of Office of the Public Prosecutor revealed 20 gambling machines”.

According to her, the equipment was withdrawn by law-enforcement officers, the heads of the entertaining center was brought to responsibility.

She said: “In total during the current year the officers of the Office of Public Prosecutor of the Penza region directed 42 claims to the courts about concerning illegal activity on the organization and carrying out gamblings and about its termination. Besides, 32 criminal cases were initiated concerning official and the legal bodies who were carrying out gamblings. As the result 6 gambling enterprises were closed and got more than 2 million roubles penalties”.

All revealed gambling centers stopped its activity.
