Penza, 16 December 2011. PenzaNews. The commission of Penza department of Federal Antimonopoly Service recognized that LLC Company “Gorvodokanal” of Penza broke part 1 article 10 of the Federal law “About competition protection”. It refused a townsman to register the individual device of cold water account.

The deputy head of the Penza department of Federal Antimonopoly Service Maxim Beloborodov said: “As the applicant specified, in the beginning of the current year he checked the individual device of the account of cold water on what it has in writing informed LLC Company “Gorvodokanal”. However the company refused to seal the counter of cold water and continued to expose for payment accounts without its indications that infringed the interests of applicant”.

He admitted that LLC “Gorvodokanal” is running water-sewer company takes the leading position in the Penza region and sealing the devices of cold water supply is its inalienable function.

He said: “LLC “Gorvodokanal” sealed the device of the account of cold water during the course of the investigation and recalculate the cost of rendering services according to this device of the account”.

Following the results of the legal investigation Penza department of FAS of Russia recognized that LLC “Gorvodokanal” broke part 1 article 10 “About competition protection” abusing the leading position in the market.

Maxim Beloborodov said: “The legal investigation was stopped because the company eliminated the infringements voluntarily”.
