Penza, 22 December 2011. PenzaNews. The criminal case upon the death of 30-year-old resident of the settlement Issa was initiated by the investigating bodies of the Investigatory committee of the Penza region. According to the medical conclusion the woman died because of unstated poison.

The deputy senior assistant of interaction with mass-media of the department of the Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation in the Penza region Maria Orlova said: “The young woman was delivered to Issinsky central regional hospital when she was unconscious on November, 29th. Preliminary doctors made a diagnosis: “Closed craniocereberal trauma”. The patient died at the hospital. However, according to forensic medical examination, the woman died because of poisoning”.

She admitted that Bessonovsky inter district investigatory department of the Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation in the Penza initiated the criminal case according to part 1 article 105 of the criminal code of Russian Federation “Murder”.

She said: “Now the investigative actions are carried out to establish all circumstances of thos case”.
