Penza, 21 December 2011. PenzaNews. The resident of village Rahmanovka of Vadinsky area of the Penza region was recognized guilty of fulfillment of the crimes according to part 1 article 112 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation “Deliberate causing medium harm to health” and part 1 article 127 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation “Illegal imprisonment of the person without kidnapping”.

Tatyana Ostrovskaya, the senior assistant of the public prosecutor of the Penza region said: “In June, 2011 the woman pushed her acquaintance in the cellar of the terrace of the house because of personal aversion. Then she poured a can of hot water on the victim and caused 2nd -3rd degree thermal burns of the neck, hands and legs”.

She admitted that after that the woman closed the cellar and left the house, having locked the entrance door.

She said: “One local resident released the victim in 8 hours”.

Tatyana Ostrovskaya specified that the resident of village Rahmanovka got punishment in the form of imprisonment for a period of 2 years 4 months in a corrective standard regime penal colony.

She said: “The condemned appealed the sentence of the world judge, but the district court rejected the complaint and recognizing the sentence”.
