Penza, 27 December 2011. PenzaNews. The resident Octyabrsky district of Penza addressed to police with the statement about the swindle in the evening on Monday, December, 26th.

The representative of the press-service of the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Penza said: “The man informed that he got SMS with the information that he won the car and the request to transfer 10 thousand rubles for prize to the telephone number which the victim didn’t remember”.

The victim transferred the sum by means of the terminal in one of shops in Prospectus Stroiteley street.

The representative of the department said: “The investigation upon this case is held”.
