Penza, 27 December 2011. PenzaNews. The resident of Penza was condemned for stealing of the car from the workshop where he worked.

The press-service of Octyabsky district court said: “The owner drove a motor vehicle to garage cooperative where there was a boxing for repair and transferred the keys to the master. However, instead of repairing the car, the worker of the repair shop, being been drunk, stole it and drove to the city where he was arrested detained by the employees of traffic police of Russia in Penza”.

The man recognized his fault completely.

The press-service said: “The court took into account the mitigating circumstances that the convict recognized his fault, the fault, repentance of the criminal conduct, full indemnification of the caused damage and presence of the juvenile child. The malefactor got punishment in the form of 2 years imprisonment conditionally with a trial period of 2 years”.

The sentence has already come into operation.
