Zarechny, 28 December 2011. PenzaNews. Zarecheny city court of the Penza region condemned the officials of PO “Start” Sergey Fedoskin and Sergey Pchelintsev and the deputy director of building organization Vladimir Alekseev for plunder of money resources and complicity.

Tatyana Ostrovskaya added: “Sergey Fedoskin, holding a post of the assistant of the general director of capital construction PO “Start” and Sergey Pchelintsev, holding a post of the chief of the department on reconstruction, repair, operation of buildings and constructions, are recognized according to part 4 article 159 of the criminal code of Russian Federation “Swindle”. Vladimir Alekseev working as the assistant of the general director of the organization was condemned according to part 5 article 33 and part 4 article 159 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation for complicity in swindle, engaged in civil work”.

It has explained that Sergey Fedoskin and Sergey Pchelintsev for the purpose of plunder of money resources concluded contracts of civil works in PO “Start" and also installation and commissioning industrial and process equipment with Vladimir Alekseev’s organization.

She said: “Knowing that works will actually not be carried out, at complicity of the contractor under contracts they have stolen allocated for payment of these works money resources in the sum about 2 million roubles”.

Tatyana Ostrovskaya said: “The court recognized Sergey Fedoskin and Sergey Pchelintsev guilty of incriminated act and appointed the punishment in the form of 3 years imprisonment serving in a corrective standard regime penal colony and the penalty of 200 thousand roubles.

“Vladimir Alekseev was condemned according to part 5 article 33 and part 4 article 159 of the criminal code of Russian Federation “Complicity in swindle” and got punishment in the form of 2 years imprisonment conditionally with a trial period up to 2 years”.
