Penza, 16 January 2012. PenzaNews. Bad road condition became the reason of the road accident with participation of five cars which happened on the 15th km of Penza — Shemysheyka motorway on Sunday, January, 15th.

“LLC “Asphalt Concrete Mixing Plant -1” is obliged to watch the condition of roadbed. During the check it was established that this enterprise has only one combined car for roads clearing which cannot cope with such amount of works during snowfalls. So the road wasn’t cleaned, and it became the reason of five cars collision. Drivers have not considered the weather conditions either”, — the head of the department of traffic police of the Russian Federation for the Penza region Sergey Bulov informed during the operative meeting in the region government on Monday, January, 16th.

As he said, the official responsible for road condition was brought to administrative responsibility.
