Businessman faced 2 million rubles penalty for bribery during auction in Penza

Penza, 24 January 2012. PenzaNews. The chief executive of LLC “RM-SERVICE” Evgeny Annenkov faced disciplinary responsibility for bribery to the official.

“It was determined that on October 14, 2011 Evgenie Annenkov, being the chief executive of LLC “RM-SERVICE”, offered a 100 thousand rubles bribe to chairman of the auction commission. In exchange the businessman asked to hide the lacks revealed by the commission in documents of the organization, submitted for participation in open auction. However the chief executive of the company was arrested law enforcement officers while transferring money,” informed the press-service of the State Office of Public Prosecutor of Russia.

The court delivered a guilty verdict against Evgenie Annenkov under part 3 para 30, part 2 para 291 of the criminal code of Russian Federation “Attempt of bribery to the official in the considerable size”, and appointed 2 million rubles penalty.

“Public prosecutor of the area called company on which interests Evgenie Annenkov operated to disciplinary responsibility. Court appointed LLC “RM-SERVICE” punishment under part 1 para 19.28 of Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation of the Russian Federation “Illegal compensation on behalf of the legal person” in the form 1 million roubles penalty,” added the press-service.
