Penza, 26 January 2012. PenzaNews. Zemetchino district court of the Penza region restricted parental rights of members of the family which were not engaged in education of three minor children.

“In spite of the fact that parents had medical treatment for alcoholic dependence, they continued to take alcoholic drinks. Children in the family were threatened their life and health, normal education and development,” main expert of interaction with mass-media the Federal Court Bailiffs Service of the Russian Federation for the Penza region Kseniya Pivovarova said.

She added that parental rights were restricted for 6 months term and parents have a chance to corrected and return children.
