Penza, 31 January 2012. PenzaNews. 21-year-old resident of Penza was sentenced to 5 years 6 months imprisonment with punishment serving in a corrective colony for dissolute actions without application of violence concerning 9-year-old girl.

As it was reported earlier, the criminal chose a victim of comprehensive school. Accused pursued the young girl to her house, came into the lift cabin together with her and made dissolute actions. Mother meeting the daughter at the lift, having seen an event, started to call for help then the criminal tried to disappear. Later the young man was arrested by employees of patrol and inspection service of the Interior Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Penza region.

“In judicial session the defendant recognized his fault completely,” the press-service of Octyabrsky district court of Penza informed.

40 thousand rubles was collected in favor of the victim on account of compensation for moral harm.

The sentence entered validity.
