Penza, 7 February 2012. PenzaNews. Staff of the Office of the Russian Interior Ministry for Penza arrested a 22-year-old young man suspected of the theft of a 90 thousand ruble laptop.

“Last Monday a man approached the police with a complaint that some unknown persons had entered his apartment located in Octyabrsky district of Penza by fitting a key into the door lock and stole his laptop,” the press service of the Office of the Russian Interior Ministry for the Penza region told news agency PenzaNews.

The spokesperson also noted that the suspect was arrested without delay.

“An investigation is currently underway and we consider opening a criminal case,” said the press-service.
