Penza, 21 February 2012. PenzaNews. Zarechensky city court of the Penza region imposed 700 thousand rubles administrative penalty at on the company engaged in organization and carrying out gambling with the use of necessary equipment.

“During inspection of observance of state regulation of organization and carrying out of gambling, it was established that the company organize gambling using slot machines,” said court press-service.

According to the department, during the court session the representatives of the company didn’t admit guilty, having explained that are engaged in granting of services of a stimulating lottery, instead of carrying out of gambling.

“Having investigated the circumstances of the case, the court delivered guilty verdict to the company for administrative offense. The decision wasn’t appealed and came in force. System board of game equipment was confiscated,” the press-service explained.
