Penza, 27 February 2012. PenzaNews. Office of Public Prosecutor of the Penza region revealed plunder of budgetary funds allocated for support of unemployed persons.

“In November, 2010 the employment center of Zemetchinsky area under the program of support of unemployed persons SPPSK “Consent” got 235 thousand rubles for 4 workplaces creation and wages payment at expense of budgetary funds. Then four workers were employed in cooperative society one of which in February, 2011 left it, however the salary was transferred half a year more. According to sheets on salary more than 16 thousand rubles were received on behalf of this citizen,” informed Tatyana Ostrovskaya, the senior assistant to the public prosecutor of the Penza region.

She noticed that pay-sheets on program conditions were presented by chairman of SPPSK “Consent” to department on work, employment and labor migration of the Penza region as vouchers about a target expenditure of budgetary funds.

“On the given facts the public prosecutor of Zemetchinsky area takes out the decision under para 2 part 2 article 37 of code of criminal (penal) procedure of the Russian Federation to send materials of inspection for preliminary investigation to make a decision about criminal prosecution. By results of its consideration Kamensk interdistrict investigatory department of Investigatory Department of the Russian Federation for the Penza region the criminal case was initiated under para 3 article 169 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Hindrance of lawful enterprise or other activity,” said the spokeswoman.

Tatyana Ostrovskaya added that investigation proceeds.
