Penza, 7 March 2012. PenzaNews. Pervomayskiy district's court of Penza delivered guilty verdict to the local resident guilty for deliberate damage of another's property causing considerable damage.

"In the evening on November 1, 2011 the girl arrived to visit her friend who lived in Zapadnaya Polyana district. Being in an alcohol intoxication and having approached to car “Chevrolet” she climbed on a cowl and then on a roof and began to jump on it therefore deformed a cowl, the roof and luggage carrier roof of the motor vehicle. After that she began to jump on car “Renault” roof therefore deformed a cowl, the panel, facing and a back cross-beam of a roof and pulled out the motor vehicle aerial," explained the court of press service.

The property damage caused to the owner of the car "Chevrolet" is estimated in 35 thousand 432 rubles, to the owner of the car "Renault" is estimated in 64 thousand 701 rubles.

The defendant agreed with the shown charge in full volume and supported the declared petition for the decision of the sentence without proceeding carrying out in the judicial session.

"The court appointed the punishment to the girl in the form of 6 months imprisonment conditionally with a trial period of 1 year," they informed the press service.
