Penza, 15 March 2012. PenzaNews. The commission of Penza MFAS in Russia to infringement signs p. 7 items 5, p.1 item 28 of the Federal law "About Advertisments" considered the case in the relation of the individual businessman advertizing on "11 channel" (Broadcasting Company "Nash Dom" ) an exhibition-sale of fur products.

"In the television program "Nashi novosti" advert was spreading with the words: "… an exhibition-sale of fur coats at a cinema "Oktyabr" … there are discounts, payment by the cash, the convenient credit or the installments … operate ". Thus the name of the person rendering financial services or the title weren't specified," the head of antimonopoly department Maxim Beloborodov informed the news agency "PenzaNews".

He noted that during a legal investigation the presence of contracts with financial institutions which can make out the credit, is established.

"However the name of the credit organization is absent in the commercial and that contradicts law requirements "About Advertisments," Maxim Beloborodov specified.

The interlocutor of the agency added that following the results of the legal investigation the instruction about elimination of infringements was given out to the individual businessman.

"Business materials will be transferred to the official of antimonopoly management for business excitation about an administrative offense," the spokesman said.
