Penza, 26 March 2012. PenzaNews. The investigative Committee of the Russian Federation gave the official comment concerning arrested resident of Belinsky of the Penza region, the suspect of a series of murders.

“Thanks to professionally organized activities of investigating authorities of Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Penza region and regional Office of Interior Ministry during the investigation of criminal case upon unknown disappearance of 46-year-old local received information about 23-year-old resident Belinsky of the Penza region who had committed this murder. Besides, it is known that there was no the only victim,” reported the department press service.

According to preliminary data, from 2009 to 2011 the suspect committed not less than six murders and buried victims’ corps in Belinsky.

“During suspect’s statements examinations on the site human remains were found and sent for forensic medical examination. During the search of man’s habitation his personal diary with records about committed crimes was found. The suspect identified the photos of the injured persons shown to him,” noted the press service.

Now concerning the suspect is jailed, charge against him is under consideration.

“Besides, the facts of unknown disappearance of citizens in the specified period on the territory of the Penza region and the next regions about suspect’s participation in these facts are analyzed. Investigation of the criminal case proceeds,” summarized in department.

As it was reported earlier, according to the preliminary version, crimes were committed by the resident of Belinsky of the Penza region in out revenge for killed brother. There are 11 surnames in the found writing-book and nine of them aren’t alive.
