Penza, 26 March 2012. PenzaNews. Law enforcement officers of Belinsky area of the Penza region arrested 24-year-old driver of “VAZ-21112” who brought down the pedestrian to death and disappeared from the crime scene on Friday evening, March 23.

“The body of 36-year-old lost man was revealed on a roadside on March 24 in the morning. Bruises, grazes on the face and thorax hematoma were found on a corpse during external examination. During preliminary check it was established that the man was lost as a result of the road accident,” reported the press service of the Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Penza region.

Now inspectors establish the reasons and circumstances of the accident.
